  • How fit do I need to be?

    Elev8d Fitness welcomes members from all fitness levels. In fact, it is designed to be as beneficial for the novice as it is the expert, and it’s up to you on how hard you want to push yourself. When you’re not training with us, you can stay motivated by reading our blog, The Sequence.

  • Can I do more than one workout a day?

    Sure, but you don’t need to as the effects of each workout are designed to last throughout your day and enhance the impact of anything you do afterward. In addition, the workouts on Elev8dFitness have been designed by experts to push your body to the limit no matter where that might be. But if you’re a beginner, we recommend that you follow the guide until you are comfortable with the workouts and their impact before demanding more from yourself. If you’ve never worked out before, or if it’s been a while, even the lowest-impact training is going to lead to sore muscles in the initial days.

  • I am a complete beginner! Do you explain how to do each exercise?

    Absolutely! We include step-by-step video and written instructions for each of our 88 exercises.

  • How many days a week should I workout?

    To get the full benefits of the program, you need to work out at least four days each week, and if you want to work out more, that is fine and completely up to you.

  • How long are the workouts?

    Every Elev8d Fitness workout is either 8, 16 or 24 minutes long with a few at 48 minutes for the hardcore fitness junkies (or sadists).

  • What kind of equipment do I need?

    For the most part, all you need is some space in your home or office or wherever you decide to work out, as well as some grit. A few exercises call for a prop, such as a chair or table or step, but essentially it’s just you and your body.

  • How old do I have to be to participate?

    Our members have to be 18 years and older to sign up for an account.

  • Can I try Elev8d Fitness if I am pregnant?

    We've had many moms-to-be participate throughout their pregnancy, but please consult your physician beforehand.

  • Do you guarantee results?

    Due to the differences between each individual's body, the results experienced may vary. However, Elev8d Fitness is expertly designed to help every body type feel stronger, leaner and more toned as well as more energetic throughout the day.

  • What if I miss a workout?

    It's not the end of the world, though best results are achieved if the guide is followed exactly, meaning you work out at least four times each week! If you do miss a day, come back stronger and with even more determination to stick to your new routine - then we'll show you new Elev8d workout routine.

  • I have a pre-existing medical condition. Can I still try Elev8d workouts?

    If you have a pre-existing medical condition, it is always best to consult a doctor. Your safety is our utmost concern, so make sure you take care of yourself!
